National Partnership for Women & Families

Reproductive Health and Rights Program Assistant

The National Partnership for Women & Families seeks a program assistant for our Reproductive Health and Rights Program.

The National Partnership’s Reproductive Health and Rights Program is notable for its innovative and proactive approach. We are dedicated to promoting a forward-looking vision for abortion, free of shame or stigma, and to pursuing new partnerships to broaden the base of support for reproductive rights. We work to reveal our opponents’ motives and expose their misleading tactics, and to initiate and nurture strategic relationships to de-silo reproductive rights work from the broader progressive agenda. We know that women’s economic security is inextricably linked to meaningful access to reproductive health care, and that abortion and contraception advocacy cannot be segregated from efforts to end sexual harassment, promote fair pay, pursue paid family and medical leave, expand access to quality maternity care, and dismantle the structural barriers that continue to perpetuate racial injustice. We endeavor to tie these critical threads together in pursuit of a fair, just and inclusive society where women are truly equal and their potential knows no limits.
