Director of Major Gifts
Jasmine Goodrich is the director of major gifts at the National Partnership for Women — Families, where she guides major gift fundraising efforts and donor engagement strategies across the organization.
Prior to joining the National Partnership, Jasmine worked in the central offices of advancement at the Smithsonian Institution and the George Washington University. In these roles, she focused on corporate relations and major gift opportunities for pan-institutional initiatives centered around women and diversity. Jasmine graduated from Indiana University with a major in African American African Diaspora Studies and Sociology and a minor in Public and Environmental Affairs.
Jasmine is a proud Hoosier from Indiana and an avid volunteer in the Washington, D.C. area. She is the Chair of the Association of Fundraising Professionals' African American Affinity Group Leadership Council and former Co-Chair of the affinity group. In addition, she volunteers at the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria and a number of other nonprofits. She is also a proud mom of guinea pigs, rescuing 7 over the years. When not volunteering or playing with animals, Jasmine enjoys interior decorating, fashion, and music.
