Deputy Chief of Staff
Grace Strome is the deputy chief of staff at the National Partnership for Women & Families, where she helps direct the organization’s operations and strategic planning.
Prior to her work at the National Partnership, Grace was the Deputy Director of the Office of Presidential Correspondence where she managed the team of people responsible for handling the thousands of daily letters sent to President Obama, his constituent services, and his presidential proclamations and messages. Before that, she coordinated celebrity engagement for President Obama’s re-election campaign in 2012. Grace graduated from Carleton College with a degree in political science and international relations.
Grace was born and raised in Chicago and has been in D.C. for the past 5 years. She enjoys traveling, spinning and volunteering with the Smithsonian.
