Vice President for Development
Debbie Stillman is the vice president for development at the National Partnership for Women & Families. She manages the fundraising operation of the organization, focusing on cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of individual donors and corporate and foundation support.
Debbie has worked at the National Partnership since 2015. Previously, she worked at the National Council of Jewish Women (NCJW) for almost 12 years in multiple capacities — as a lobbyist, grassroots organizer and fundraiser. And prior to her career at NCJW, she worked as a legal research associate at NARAL Pro-Choice America. Debbie holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Jewish Studies from McGill University in Montreal.
Debbie is an avid volleyball player and plays in several competitive leagues. She and her husband are the proud parents of two amazing, sports-loving boys.
