Moving Women ForwardOverview

Despite significant gains by women in the workplace, many still struggle to overcome obstacles that limit their job opportunities and hinder their advancement.

The National Partnership for Women & Families is working hard to ensure that all women can succeed.

Thanks to funding from Citigroup, we have launched a multi-year project, Moving Women Forward: Strategies for Workplace Success

By identifying the best practices used by employers and workforce training programs to successfully integrate and retain low-income women in the workplace, the project's goal is help women overcome employment barriers that limit their success.
