Nothing is more powerful than the real-life stories of patients in demonstrating what works in our health care system, and where it fails us. And there’s nothing like a compelling story to get policy makers and activists fired up about their work.

So if you have a story to tell about how electronic medical records and other kinds of health IT would have improved your care (or if they already have!), we want to hear it.
