Over the past three decades, too many employers have found ways to flout the Pregnancy Discrimination Act -- and expecting mothers are still being denied reasonable job accommodations or are being forced out of their jobs.
Senate: Support health care equity for Peace Corps women. End the ban on abortion coverage!
The Peace Equity Act of 2013 would clarify that Peace Corps volunteers and trainees who survive rape or incest, or whose life would be endangered by continuing a pregnancy, have coverage for abortion services. Urge your senators to support this bill!
