Summary:
Guarantees workers one hour of paid sick leave for every 20 hours worked, up to 80 hours per year (40 hours for workers in small businesses).
The leave may be used to care for the worker's child (including the child of a domestic partner), spouse or "designated person," parent, sibling, grandchild, aunt or uncle.
