Summary: Creates a state Family and Medical Leave Act to apply to employers smaller than those covered by the federal FMLA. In the first year after adoption, employers with 35 or more employees would be required to offer FMLA leave consistent with federal law. In subsequent years, employers with 20 or more employees would have to comply.
