Summary: Creates a state Family and Medical Leave Act caregiver provision which requires covered employers to provide up to six weeks of leave to eligible workers to care for a sibling, grandparent or grandchild, provided the sibling, grandparent or grandchild has no living spouse, child over 17 or parent under 65 years of age to care for them.
