Summary:
Amends Oregon's family leave law to allow eligible workers to take up to two weeks of unpaid leave to deal with the death of a family member. Workers must take bereavement leave within three months after the death of the family member or the discovery of the death of the family member. The leave taken is counted toward the worker's 12 weeks of leave allowed under Oregon's family leave law.
