Summary: Amends California's existing Domestic Violence Leave law by extending protections to victims of stalking and prohibits employers from firing or retaliating against workers based on their status as a survivor of domestic violence, sexual assault or stalking. The employer is also prohibited from refusing to make reasonable safety accommodations requested by a worker who is a survivor of domestic violence, sexual assault or stalking.
