Summary:
Requires employers with 15 or more employees to make reasonable accommodations, upon request, for a worker's temporary disability caused by pregnancy or childbirth, as long as it does not impose an undue hardship on the employer.
"Reasonable accommodations" may include changing the worker's duties, hours or work area, providing mechanical or electrical aids, transferring the worker to a less strenuous position, or providing leave.
