Challenge to a Missouri law requiring insurers to offer plans to that do not include contraception. In December 2012, the U.S. District Court granted a temporary restraining order preventing the law from going into effect. In March 2013 the court struck down the law for violating the contraceptive coverage rules of the Affordable Care Act and the U.S. Constitution.
