Planned Parenthood of Arkansas and Eastern Oklahoma v. Cline

Challenge in federal court to Oklahoma Department of Health decision to exclude Planned Parenthood from the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) program, which provides food and resources to low-income pregnant women, new mothers, and children. Current Status: In December 2012, the U.S. District Court denied Planned Parenthood’s request for a temporary injunction.
