Domestic Violence Leave

Summary: Workers may take “reasonable leave,” intermittent leave or leave on a reduced schedule, with or without pay, to obtain legal, medical, mental health, safety or relocation services arising from domestic violence or sexual assault. The worker must give their employer advance notice for such leave unless there is an emergency.
