Summary: Guarantees workers “reasonable and necessary leave” from work, with or without pay, for legal, medical or other necessary services arising from violence, sexual assault or stalking. The leave may also be used to care for the worker’s child, parent or spouse who is a victim of violence, assault or stalking.
