Summary:
Workers who are survivors of domestic violence or sexual assault are entitled to at least eight days per year of unpaid leave. Further, regardless of any collective bargaining agreement terms and conditions, a worker may use accrued paid leave for issues arising from domestic violence and sexual assault.
