Summary:
Major employers are required to have travel reductions for their employees and must submit a travel reduction plan, which must contain a description of additional travel reduction measures to be undertaken by the employer. The plan may include the establishment of an adjusted work hours program which may include telecommuting. Additionally, employers with 100 or more or 500 or more employees must have adjusted work hour plans.
