Summary:
Establishes the Human Investment and Partnership Program, whose responsibility it is to assist Delaware businesses to better utilize work talent, including workers with child care, elder care and other needs. The program is to work with Delaware businesses and others in the community who have successfully implemented flexible work schedules.
