Summary:
Provides procedures for an organized employer and organized employees to implement an alternative work schedule that involves workdays in excess of 8 hours without triggering employers’ overtime payment requirements, except where the actual workday exceeds the length of the agreed-to work schedule, in which case overtime rates must be paid to the workers.
