Planned Parenthood Montana v. Montana

Challenge to Montana law prohibiting coverage of prescription contraceptives under Montana’s CHIP program, a component of the Healthy Montana Kids program. Current Status: In May 2012, a state court judge struck down the law as violating minors’ right to privacy under the state constitution. (See the bill here.)
