Hope Medical Group for Women v. Keck
Challenge to actions by the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals ordering an immediate suspension and seeking permanent revocation of the clinic's operating license under a new state law. Current Status: In September 2011, A state court granted a temporary restraining order allowing the clinic to reopen, and has since issued a preliminary injunction barring the Department of Health and Human Services from enforcing the suspension order until all claims have been resolved.
