Challenge to law which expands the State’s authority to suspend or revoke the licenses of outpatient abortion facilities, thus restricting access to care for Louisiana women. In February, 2011, the U.S. District Court dismissed plaintiff's case as not ripe. Current Status: In August 2012, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals upheld the district court decision.
