Challenge brought in state court by anti-choice pharmacists to Illinois law that requires pharmacists to fill prescriptions for contraception. In April 2011, a state circuit court enjoined the state from enforcing the law. Current Status: In September 2012, a state appellate court affirmed the lower court order enjoining the state from enforcing the law against the plaintiffs but allowed the law to stand.
