Summary: Creates an Illinois Family and Medical Leave Act that is consistent with the federal Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). In accordance with the Illinois Civil Union Act of 2011, eligible workers would be allowed to take FMLA leave to care for a civil union partner.
