Summary:
Amends the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) to cover businesses with 25 or more employees (the FMLA currently applies to employers with 50 or more employees) and expands the reasons a worker is allowed to take FMLA leave to include parental and family involvement leave and routine family medical needs.
