Summary:
Minnesota’s parental leave law is broader than the federal Family and Medical Leave Act
(FMLA). Businesses with 21 or more employees must provide workers who have worked
at least part-time in the previous twelve months up to six weeks of leave upon the birth
or adoption of a child.
