Guarantees all workers one hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to seven days annually.
The leave may be used for the worker’s own illness, medical appointment or preventive care or for those of a child, spouse, parent or parent of spouse. It may also be used to address the psychological, physical or legal effects of domestic violence.
