Summary: Provides nursing mothers in all businesses with reasonable, unpaid break time to express breast milk, for up to two years after childbirth. Alternatively, nursing workers may use their paid break and/or meal time for this purpose. Employers must make reasonable efforts to provide a space other than a toilet stall.
