Summary: Permits employers who invest a specified level of capital in projects that create jobs within the state to apply to the state Director of Development to count employees who work from home toward a refunable tax credit. This credit would apply to a limited number of employees who work from home, and whose rate of pay is at least three times the federal minimum wage.The tax credit will be in effect during a six-year trial period.
