Summary: Creates telecommuting tax credits that may be used to offset the costs of converting from a workplace employee to a telecommuting employee and to offset the ongoing costs of telecommuting. The credits, which are both equal to 10 percent of expenses up to $100, may be claimed by either the employer or the employee, but not both. The new credits would apply to workplaces employing at least ten full-time workers.
