Summary:

Allows all workers to earn one hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to 56 hours annually.

Workers may use the leave to recover from an illness or injury, care for a sick family member or seek medical care for themselves or a family member. Workers may also use the leave to obtain medical care or social or legal services related to domestic or sexual violence.
