The National Partnership played a critical role — behind the scenes on Capitol Hill — to draft and defend important health information technology infrastructure provisions to bring doctors’ offices and hospitals into the 21st century. We are also proud of provisions included that protect patient privacy and enable health professionals to study and eliminate the causes of disparities for racial and ethnic minorities.
